I’m over here today talking about ‘What Makes Tough Times Even Tougher”.
Please take a moment to stop by and take the ‘listening’ quiz.
On a personal note.
I am feeling rather sad and lonely today.
I may write a mid-afternoon post.
I hope you stop back by.
Are you listening?

I haven’t gone over to take a peek at the listening quiz but I will when I’m done here. I’ve always considered myself a very good listener – I guess I’ll find out, ha! As to your feelings of being overwhelmed at the moment, I so understand! I’ll probably be on the operating table the day my second grandson comes into the world! If it’s decided that he’ll be induced, it’s scheduled for the same day as my surgery is tentatively being scheduled, too. Either way, all of my well-planned-out ‘plans’ of going over to help out for a week post-birth are now out the window. I’ll be busy enough just maintaining my own well being! Ah well. God has never promised it’s going to be an easy road, this journey of ours thru life. I am feeling so out of touch with everyone here in cyberspace because so much is going on in the ‘outside’ world of mine so I’m especially glad you stopped by today to say hello…it reminded me I haven’t been by for a little while but I haven’t really been ANYWHERE in a while, haha! I am so sorry to hear about your dad-in-law…I am praying for you and for all the family. We’ve gone thru it when both our dads first suffered their major strokes – everything is turned topsy-turvy, isn’t it? And I’m sure you’ve made the right decision for Miss Sam, too. We did the same thing for our daughter in her Senior year in high school. She and I were coming home from the library one afternoon and she said school was so horrible she’d had thoughts of killing herself. Now, THAT was a time I LISTENED!! Take care, sweetie…as in all things, this too shall pass. (((((HUGG)))))
I dunno if you’re informed when there’s a comment on the listening quiz, but I left another long-winded one over there too!
Hey I just stumbled here from country doctors wife. Enjoying my perusal of your blog, so, yes, I’m out here and listening!
Ah, the name is Maria, not Maira…trying to type too fast.
i’m always listening …
i’m always here …
even in the middle of the night … except when i turn my phone off and sleep for twelve, lucious hours
now my body is craving food … but since i’m addicted to blogging and email, i fed my addiction first!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA
think i should go feed my body now
“light” is my anti-spam word. its a good word.
Oh, I’m listening. I’m new here too though. Hi!
(((hugs))) You aren’t alone. Hope your weekend brightens.
Hey, I am listening, just been a lurker lately because I left my laptop in my friend’s car at Folk School and it is in Tennessee now. I am bummed. She is shipping it to me, but until then, I have to share the SLOOOOWWWWW computer that the kids use. Hope your day got better. If you got outside to take pictures, it had to. It is a gorgeous day here, but I had to work. At least it was outside. Thinking of you. We need to get together now that I am back. When is spring break?
I hope you’re feeling better soon. And yes, I hope you got outside for a bit too.
Sorry you are feeling down today. Are you getting overwhelmed by everything you have taken on? Or is it Spring Breakitis, you have time on your hands and don’t know how to spend it.
I’m always here lurking in the shadows and can certainly relate to feeling lonely today!
Praying for you today!
Blessings
Hope you are feeling better
Just to add, I am praying for you too. Take care.
