It’s A Special Day Today

My baby girl is now officially a teenager.
 

I’m feeling a little melancholy
 

And tremendously proud.
We are off to the ‘bigger’ city of Gainesville today to buy her a new computer and spend lots of money at Borders.

Too Many Priorities

I’m just a person trying to be all things to the people I love.
I am failing miserably.
At least that is how I perceive it.
I feel as though what is important is falling through the cracks.
I am not sure I want to make the sacrifices required to change it.
