My List Has No End. How About Yours? What Would You Do?

Photobucket

One of today’s questions from ‘That’s My Answer’ goes like this:

“What would you do if you couldn’t surf (the net) all week?”

  • I would update my photography portfolio.
  • I would purchase the art supplies I need to market my photography.
  • I would increase my photography inventory.
  • I would research and apply for art shows already scheduled for 2008 -2009 season.
  • I would go swimming.
  • I would finish my daughter’s age twelve scrapbook and start on age thirteen.
  • I would work on the ‘FaithBook’ project that has been on the back burner for about two years now.
  • I would update the ‘hard copy’ notebook of my posts and begin an ‘outline’ of that book I am working on.
  • I would go swimming.
  • I would think about catching up on laundry, dishes, general housekeeping (cough, gag).
  • I would brick in the back garden.
  • I would plant those sunflower seeds that I seem to expect to grow right out of the package while they sit on my windowsill.
  • I would clean the grill from our Memorial Day cookout.
  • I would go swimming.
  • I would read at least ten of the 250 books I have on my ‘to-read’ bookshelf.
  • I would draw up plans for my next ‘garden’ project.
  • I would get my course plans together for Summer B – which starts in two weeks – and I am teaching – even though I said I wouldn’t.
  • I would learn how to do more with my Paint Shop Pro X Program than enhance and frame my photos.
  • I would go swimming.

So how about you?

What would you do if………………you had no internet access??????

Very good! what would I do? I’d get started on my son’s scrapbook. He’s leaving for college soon and I want to have a photo album thing done by the time he leaves. But Christmas would be good too. We’ll see. :)

I would curl up in the fetal position and go to my happy place until the end of the week.

My list would be largely impacted by the knowledge that there was a set time and my ability to be online would be returning. The really interesting thing to consider is what I’d do if it just went away all together. I’m not sure I’d know what to do without it now and my husband wouldn’t have a job!! LOL

    Hugs,
    Holly

Ha! I like curl up in a fetal position!

I’d probably catch up on some of the last 5 years of unfiled papers in my office.

Now walk away from the computer and go do ONE of those things.;P That has been how my week has been going–the internet going out Thursday has kept me occupied elsewhere, even though the internet is back.

NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, she shouts! ARRGH! Don’t even think, much less mention, such an evil event! Perish the thought. I would be lost, totally, totally lost, I fear, without my internet connection, my trusty computer, etc., etc., etc.!
    Peace, Danielle.

A whole week, horrors, I would go down the library and use theirs. Seriously though I have been trying to think of a hobby that I would enjoy that would not be computer related but since I am not very craft orientated I can’t think of any. I guess it would be library again and I since I can read a book very fast I would have to come back with several.

That does sometimes happen when I’m on vacation, and I don’t usually miss it that much except when I want the answer to a question or want to see the instant weather report.

At home without internet, that would be a different story!
