But you must remember, you are a child of the Most High God. Just because something didn’t work out your way or somebody disappointed you, that does not change who you are.
If one dream dies, dream another dream.
If you get knocked down, get back up and go again.
When one door closes, God will always open up a bigger and better door.
Hold your head high, and be on the the lookout for the new thing that God wants to do in your life.
But don’t go off in the corner of life and start eating cheese and crackers.

Thank you, I truely needed that today.
Sometimes I like Joel and sometimes he’s just a bit too… I don’t know… cutsie for me. I like this one, but it is upsetting me that I can’t go off and eat Cheese and Crackers. Cheese and Crackers happen to go very well with wine, you know.
Hope your weekend is relaxing and renewing your spirit, Danielle!
Ok I won’t go off in a corner eating cheese and crackers, I will hide in my closet with a Hershey bar.
I think that those unfulfilled dreams, falling on our faces and closed doors are really gifts, difficult gifts, yet still a gift. We are to be thankful in all things. It’s some of these very difficult gifts that we grow the most. I think that the bigger better thing night not be material blessings, but a new level spiritual maturity. Growing more like Christ through the hardships thats the bigger better thing reflecting more and more of the character of Jesus in our daily lives.
I think if we could all see who we really are we’d wonder why didn’t try harder to reach that true potential.
Hugs,
Holly
