A memorable moment…so there I was, sitting on the edge of the desk in my natural ‘lecture’ position and I just happen to look down….and there before my very eyes I see that part of my jeans are missing. No seriously. Remember, I wrote about Snickers and her craving for tasty morsels that are soft and fuzzy. Obviously my jeans fall into that category. I was afraid to get up for fear there was a part of my jeans missing where the back pockets should be (grin).

I am grateful….for the awards that Colleen from Life is a Story in the Making has so thoughtfully and graciously awarded to me.

I laugh…because they are only jeans.

I remember...the first Christmas we had Marbles. He knocked all the ornaments off the lower branches of the Christmas tree and chewed them all!!! There is a box specifically marked ‘Marbles’ First Christmas’ that contains every single ornament he chewed that year. Which happened to be all of Miss Sam’s favorites because at four years old the lower branches were the only ones she could reach when decorating the tree.

I love…that Mr. John has decided to name his new boat ‘Strike Force’ in memory of his Dad.

Something new…scrapbook paper!!! Like I don’t have several boxes full already!! Pretty paper is my weakness. God Bless Hobby Lobby and their 40% off coupons!

I will celebrate….that Snickers’ has been successfully spayed!!! She is quite miffed at us however. I have been tempting her with canned puppy treats and sweet kisses. She is not buying it at the moment. Perhaps when her stitches come out????
