Ten on Tuesday: Philippians 2 ~ 3

Photobucket

  1. We are to lay aside selfishness and treat others with respect and common courtesy.
  2. You can choose your attitude.
  3. Our lives should be characterized by moral purity, patience, and peacefulness, so that we will ‘shine like stars’ in a dark world.
  4. Don’t let your schedule and concerns crowd out your Christian service to and love for others.
  5. Reading our Bible can alert us to corrections we need to make in our thoughts, attitudes, and actions.
  6. God values the attitude of our hearts above all else.
  7. Even the most impressive credentials fall short of God’s holy standards.
  8. We cannot perfect ourselves; only God can work in and through us.
  9. We should value our relationship with Christ as more important than anything else.
  10. Forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead.

Got your message! That was so funny, because I was trying to go to your Veteran’s Day post and ask if you’d seen them! However, when I clicked there from Google Reader it doesn’t find the post. ???

Once again, I’m a day behind, but these reminders are timeless. Thanks, Danielle!
