A memorable moment…when Miss Sam and I went to The Florida Museum of Natural History this week to see the Grossology exhibit with some very dear and longtime friends.
I am grateful…that I had some extra money this month to start my photography website/store.This endeavor has taken two years to unfold and it’s going to take a few months to get it all up and running. But it’s a start.
I laugh…at how teenagers can navigate from being too cool to participate in hands on activities like ‘How Poo is Made’ to playing a life size game of ‘Operation’ with child like abandon.
Something new….I just can’t help myself. When I walk into a bookstore it is impossible to leave without a few treasures to call my own. Two new books that are now on my ‘to be read’ night table are: The Wise Woman by Philippa Gregory and The Six Wives of Henry VIII by Alison Weir.
I will celebrate…that I actually decided on and created nine cards for my ‘Florida Birds’ collection. It’s a start.
