Friday Fill-Ins

Friday Fill-Ins is a fun meme that seems just right for how I feel today…very relaxed and summery. The fill-ins this week are:

  1. I grew up thinking… that everything south of the Mason Dixon Line was God’s country…and I still feel that way.
  2. The last website I was at before visiting Friday Fill-Ins was…The Daily Meme.
  3. Why don’t you...leave a comment and I will come visit you at your place in the blogosphere.
  4. Reading… helps me relax.
  5. Thanks for…all the encouragement and support I have received from you, my blogging friends, during all the years I have been blogging (has it really been three years???)
  6. Not having the egg cooked in my veggie pocket this morning…was very off-putting (eewww).
  7. And as for the weekend, tonight… I am looking forward to eating at my favorite restaurant in the bigger city…The Winghouse…or maybe Logan’s Roadhouse, tomorrow my plans include.. working on my garden pathway behind the house and my photo website, and Sunday I want to… scrapbook, read my newest book Pawley’s Island (thanks Thia) and take a nap in the afternoon.

Today I am grateful for:   the lazy days of summer…..I’m off to read my trashy beach novel until it is time to get my hair trimmed and colored…and then off to the bigger city for an early dinner.

I’d have to agree with your assessment of the Mason-Dixon Line, and I love Logan’s too.

Let me know what you think of the book. That may have even been the first book of hers I read. Have a lovely weekend.

growing up south of the Mason Dixon line I’m partial to agree with you about it being God’s Country. I wasn’t born in Texas, but I always tell people I got here as fast as I could. :) Hope you’re having a great weekend!
