I serve it with a crusty loaf of French Bread, warm from the oven. I don't know why I prefer French bread to Italian with an Italian meal, it just seems crustier on the outside and softer on the inside. But that's just me! Oh, and a lovely glass of Chianti, of course! :-D I adore Sunflowers! My Dad planted an entire row across the back fence for me last year. They were about 10 feet tall and simply glorious!
