You can find us here at our favorite place MacRaes every Sunday afternoon.

My first best friend and ‘husband to be’ and myself boot scootin’ the night away at our engagement party.

My other best friend trying to capture the perfect shot of the wedding bouquets.

Here it is. The beginnings of my ‘backyard garden’.
Tomorrow I am having someone come in and cut out the specific area where I want to begin creating my exquisite garden.
The three windows to the right are the focal point of my home office. Can’t you see me typing? No? That’s because I closed the blinds to avoid a reflection problem while snapping above photo. I have an awesome panoramic view of my backyard. See why I need a garden???

First you have to understand that it took all afternoon to figure out how to make a collage on Paint Shop Pro. Of course I have had this program going on two years now…you would think I would already know…right Amydeanne?
My addition is the Plumbago plant. I’m thinking of getting a couple more to put on either side of the swing in the backyard. After all, my initial plans for a garden was to start with the backyard…but somehow I ended up working in the front yard first.

I was very blessed to have a friend from my University of Miami college days come and visit.
Nothing ever changes when you are forever friends.

May the glory and the promise
of this joyous time of year
bring peace and happiness to you
and those you hold most dear.
And may Christ, Our Risen Savior,
always be there by your side
to bless you most abundantly
and be your loving guide.

May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of St. Patrick behold you.
